The following Terms and Conditions are for Commissions provided by the Artist.
Commissioning the Artist will indicate acceptance by you of all the following Terms of Service, including changes or modifications of such terms and conditions in the future.

Dispute
In case of disputes, the Artist reserves the right to export communication records (eg. screenshots) between the Client with timestamps. These records will never be shared in a way that would expose the Client, but may be shown to third parties involved in solving the arising dispute.
Terms of Services

Commissions are all digital goods, unless otherwise agreed in the Commission Agreement.
Complete work is delivered electronically via an online download location in .PNG format; this does not include the Commission native files (e.g., .psd, .clip, .ai ), unless agreed upon in the Commission Agreement, or thereafter, the Client obtains written permission from the Artist.
The Artist does provide any service for
- Original Character
- Fandom (Blue Lock, Kimetsu no yaiba, Tsurune, Genshin Impact, Honkai starail, etc.)
- BL / Gl / HL
- yandere (OK)
- NSFW (blood, Little gore, Skeletons, bones, insects, the dead, ghost, 18+, explicit sex, some violence might ok ; please ask me for more informations)The Artist does not provide any service for
- Ahegao
- Realism
- AI
- NFT
- Racist content
- Ships or Works that might contain discrimination against race

เงื่อนไขการให้บริการ
การตกลงว่าจ้างคอมมิชชั่น ย่อมถือได้ว่าท่านได้อ่าน ยินยอม และตกลงที่จะปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขตามที่ได้กำหนดไว้ในข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ หรือในข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่อาจมีการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมในอนาคตทุกประการ
ผลงานทุกชิ้นจะถูกนำส่งผ่านช่องทาง E-mail หรือ Google drive เป็นหลัก ในกรณีที่อยากให้นำส่งผ่านช่องทางอื่นๆ สามารถแจ้งได้
ผลงานจะเป็นไฟล์มาตรฐาน .png เป็นหลัก ; กรณีที่ต้องการไฟล์ .jpg สามารถแจ้งได้ แต่หากต้องการไฟล์ดิบ เช่น .psd .clip .ai สามารถสอบถามเพิ่มเติมในการขอไฟล์ดังกล่าวก่อนเพื่อให้ได้รับความยินยอมอย่างเป็นทางการจากเรานะคะ (เช่น กรณีที่อยากนำผลงานไปศึกษาต่อ , การเปิดปิดเลเยอร์เอเลเม้นต์ในงาน แต่หากต้องการนำไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์อาจจะต้องเป็นอีกราคา/ไม่ได้รับการอนุญาต ขึ้นกับเงื่อนไขที่พูดคุยตกลงกัน)

- NSFW (เลือด, กอร์ระดับเล็กน้อยถึงปานกลาง, กระดูก, แมลง, คนตาย, ผี, 18+, ภาพที่ส่อถึงการร่วมเพศอย่างเล็กน้อย เซ็กซี่-เปิดเผยชัดเจน, ภาพที่ส่อถึงความรุนแรงบางประเภท ; ไม่แน่ใจสามารถสอบถามพูดคุยกันได้ว่าเพื่อให้โอเคทั้งสองฝ่ายนะคะ)
